A friendly and local coffee shop
Since our beginnings as a speciality coffee shop, we have been renowned in Strasbourg for the expertise of our baristas, our local roaster and our unique coffees.
As well as a menu packed with great coffee, we are appreciated for our commitment to being environmentally friendly, and for the dishes we serve our customers. Every day, we prepare delicious vegan dishes, made in our kitchen at the Coffee Shop in Krutenau.
Mindful of our impact on the environment and the local economy, our menu is based on fresh, seasonal produce sourced from local partners.
Whilst our vegetables are supplied by the Hop’la Cooperative in Oberhausbergen, we source our dairy products from Saint Ulrich Farm. The chocolate used in our hot chocolate comes from the renowned Christian patisserie, and we buy our bread for brunch from the local bakery. To take our commitment to the environment a step further, we prioritise anti-waste initiatives by using products that have been removed from distribution channels because they do not meet consumer standards.
